This website is owned and operated by Bizwear Pty Ltd (ABN 17 148 151 213) (Owner) under the domain name "www.bizwearanywear.com.au" (Site).

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the supply of any products ordered by you on the Site and your use of the Site. By browsing, accessing, using the Site or ordering a product you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. We may change these Terms at any time and the revised Terms will be made available on our Site. By continuing to use the Site you agree to be bound by such revised Terms


Access and Use

You acknowledge and agree that you will only use the Site on a personal and non-commercial basis and information obtained from the Site. You must only use the Site in accordance with these Terms

You must not:

Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks that host the Site

Interfere with security related or other features of the Site

Use data gathering and extraction tools on the Site

We do not warrant that the Site will always be available and without disruption.



When you place an order with Bizwear, it is an offer by you to purchase a product or products for the specified price shown on the Site at the time of the order and in accordance with these Terms.

Bizwear reserves the right to reject your offer to purchase Products for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, errors in pricing, errors in Product descriptions, you trying to purchase more than normal retail quantities and product unavailability. Under such circumstances, Bizwear may contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Bizwear will not be held liable or responsible for lack of stock or sold out items due to third party supplier or manufacturer issues. In the event of this occurring, Bizwear may contact you in order to offer an alternative item, refund or credit.

Bizwear reserves the right to limit purchases to normal retail quantities.


Information and content on this Site

The Site and the content on the Site are subject to copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. These rights are owned or licenced to Bizwear.

You must not reproduce, transmit, communicate, adapt, distribute, sell, modify or publish or otherwise use any of the material on the Site, including audio and video excerpts, except as permitted by statute or with our written consent.

Due to photographic and screen limitations associated with the representation of products, some actual products may differ to a small extent in visual appearance (for example in colour) from the way they appear on the Site.

Some information about goods on the site is based on material provided by third party suppliers and or product manufacturers. Except as required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied to us by these third parties.

Bizwear, including but not limited to its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives and third party content providers, does not accept any responsibility arising in any way (including negligence), and is not liable for any loss (whether direct or indirect), resulting from any reliance or action taken by you on any information or material accessed through the Site or for errors, or omissions from, the information provided on the Site.

The content of the Site is subject to change without notice. Bizwear reserves the right to update and make changes to the Site without any notice to users of the Site.


Privacy and Personal Information

Please refer to the Privacy Policy for further conditions relating to your personal information, what we collect and how it may be used. By continuing to use the Site you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time).



The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) is the national law for fair trading and consumer protection. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, remedy or consumer guarantee available to you under the ACL.

You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Bizwear when a product fails to meet one of the automatic consumer guarantees provided under the ACL, including where the product is faulty or of unacceptable quality, the product does not match the product description or the product is unfit for the intended purpose.

The consumer guarantees will not apply where you have caused the product to become damaged (such as using the product in a way that it is not intended to be used) or have mistreated or abused the product (intentionally or unintentionally).

If you have received a product with a defect please contact our customer service team via email: bizwearanywear@bizwear.com.au as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist with our assessment of the goods.

In addition to your rights under ACL, we accept returns for change of mind or size exchanges within 15 business days of you receiving your order. If we receive your return after 15 business days, we reserve the right to return to sender. Simply fill in the Returns Form provided with your order and send with your item/s to:

All items must be returned with no damage to the item or packaging. All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unused and in its original condition with all tags intact. Failure to do so will result in items being returned to sender.



We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time frame indicated by us at the time of you order. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Bizwear does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays and we shall not be liable for any inaccuracy of information provided in relation to the date and time of delivery.


You indemnify and hold us and our related entities, affiliates, and our and their respective officers, agents, and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute under these Terms the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. Disputes should be lodged with the Customer Service team in the first instance.
